There were two main challenges to solve in this gourmet food store: maximize product visibility, highlighting its colors and textures; and provide functional illumination matching the unique interior architecture of the store.
Selecting the right color temperature was critical to the success of the project. Colder lighting was used in the kitchen and refrigerator areas, it then balanced out in the product shelves and finally become warmer to highlight the wooden counter.
The shelves were equipped with integrated LED strips to guarantee the buyer’s visual comfort and to avoid dazzling. Lighting was reinforced by installing track lights subtly integrated into the ceiling.
